SOZO

Sozo is a Greek word whose concept encompasses wholeness, well-being, and restitution of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Addressing psychosocial stressors, individuals and communities can enhance their resilience, improve their mental well-being, and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling lives.

The Sozo Philosophy enables people to have autonomy over their lives by providing opportunities for sustainable living through economic growth while addressing the barriers to growth  resulting in a disruption in the effects of identified psychosocial stressors.

STRONG FATHER'S

A successive ten week group course for fathers to build their capacity to be better fathers. The group will focus on helping fathers have healthier engagement with their children through understanding their parenting cycle and providing support, education, and skills to help increase engagement with  their family.

In many instances these men or their families have been through trauma (divorce, CPS intervention, other stressful events) and are looking to set the future course for their families. While this course can work with any father in any situation, it is particularly built for fathers who are working on overcoming personal and environmental challenges.

DEVELOPING MINDS

Our Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) group for kids provides a supportive and engaging space where children can build emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience. Through a unique blend of mindfulness practices, somatic exercises, and hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) activities, we help children develop essential life skills in a fun and interactive way.

Our sessions encourage self-expression, stress management, and problem-solving while fostering creativity and critical thinking. By combining movement, breathwork, and sensory experiences with exciting STEAM projects, we create a holistic approach to learning that nurtures both the mind and body. Join us to help your child grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually in a safe and inspiring environment!
