Creating Hope is a dual initiative skills training program designed to increase skill levels and self efficacy while also increasing entrepreneurship understanding and self-esteem.
The cohort begins with a three day training. The goal is at the end of the three days, participants have a marketable skill that they can use to promote economic security.
To support this endeavor, each participant is given the tools, ingredients, and introductory business training for their craft to begin their social entrepreneurship. Participants are supported throughout the year within the cohort through conferences, mentorship, and peer support.

Altough entrepreneurship is the goal, ater the program, those who desire further training may also apply for apprentice opportunities to to develop their skills.
The World Bank says promoting good hygiene is one of the most cost-effective health interventions.
